Please use one of the following methods to make an appointment:
PLease keep in mind the following for the first consultation meeting:
- Please be on time.
- Allow 1.5 - 3:00 hours for the first session.
- Make sure the forms have been completely filled out, signed and mailed back to the office.
- A deposit of $100.00 US dollars will be required to keep the appointment.
- If you need to cancel your appointment please do so 72 hours prior to the appointment in order to avoid losing your deposit. If the appointment is canceled less than 72 hours prior to your appointment the deposit will not be returned.
- Your deposit is credited towards the fees for consultation once the initial consultation has taken place.
- Full payment is due at the conclusion of the consultation, unless arrangements have been made well in advance.
- Please call us to receive a free 20-30 minutes consultation about the homeopathic process as well as finding out the costs associated with the initial consultation and the follow ups.
In order to provide flexibility for our clients we can schedule consultations in the evenings as well as Saturdays. Please contact us for detail.
